At My Little Star we accept kids from 12 month up to 5 years old

Part time full day $ 45

Part time half day $ 30

Two-child families will get 10% discount of a special rate for the second child.

Security deposit

We require 2 full weeks security deposit at the time of a registration, which will secure your child placement and apply towards the last 2 weeks the child attends My Little Star Daycare

Fees:

9-12 postdated checks required on the first day the child attends the day care

Fees are to be paid monthly by check. There will be a $20 fee for returned or NSF checks, plus a $10.00 per day late fee charge until the balance is settled

Overtime Fees:

We understand emergences situations, however, if the late pick up occurs on the regular basis the charge is $1 per each minute the parent is late after our closing time 6: 00 p.m. sharp.
Overtime fees are to be paid when the parent arrives to pick up the child.

Absent days

As full time fees are based on a weekly rate, absent days when the child will not attend care due to illness, doctor appointment, parent day off, etc. –will NOT be deducted from the rate.

Vacation

Each child is eligible for 10 days (2weeks) vacation annually (from September to September)
Parents will not be responsible to pay their fees during this period. However, only full week (or 5 consecutive weekdays) will be considered as a vacation. Otherwise fees will be charged as per above.(see the absent days)
Parents are requested to notify day care at least 3 weeks in advance for activity and budget planning.

Statuary Holidays:

The day care will be closed for all statuary holidays. These days, however, are included in the weekly fee and will not be deducted.

Annual increases:

Annual increases will be made, if necessary, on the first of October. Parents will be notified in writing one month prior to this day of any increase in their regular rate.

Termination of care

Parents are required to submit to the daycare 3 weeks written notification. Those providing less notice will still be required to pay for the full 3-week term of notice.

In the event that after the trial period the provision of care (as outlined in our policy statement) is not deemed to be working out, the daycare has the right, upon 2 weeks written notice to the parent, to terminate the care. All fees owing to the final date of care are to be paid on the final day on which care is provided.

Hours of operation

My Little Star Daycare is open from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Children will be accepted from 8:10 a.m. and must depart no later than 6:00 p.m. sharp, otherwise the overtime fees applies as per above.
